Buying, selling or refinancing is a big moment and I’m here to make the signing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’ll come to you at a preferred location and I’m happy to offer flexible after hours and Sunday signings.
I’m licensed, bonded and insured to $1,000,000 so you can feel confident knowing your important documents are in safe hands. I carefully guide signers through each step to ensure everything is signed, sealed, and ready to go. Common packages I handle include: Refinance Agreements, Seller’s Packages, Purchase Loan Documents, HELOC and Reverse Mortgages.


General Notary
As a mobile notary, I’ll meet you wherever works best. Whether you need a signature witnessed or documents notorized, I ensure everything is handled with accuracy. Common documents include: Power of Attorney, Wills & Trusts, Deeds & Real Estate Forms, Affidavits & Sworn Statements, Medical Directives and Consent Forms.
Fee includes $15 per notarial act with travel fees at .50 cents per mile from Allyn, WA.

Loan signings are a specialized type of notary service where I help borrowers, sellers, or buyers sign real estate and loan-related documents. I carefully guide you through the paperwork to ensure everything is signed correctly and returned on time.
In Washington State, notaries may charge up to $15 per notarized signature for in-person services and up to $25 for remote online notarizations. As a mobile notary, I may also charge a travel fee, which is agreed upon in advance and clearly separate from the state-set notary fee.
